is this too much?? i haven’t done my makeup like this in a while/have never done my eyebrows this dark but i think i like it sidenote: what is y’all’s favorite liquid eyeliner?? mine is getting pretty runny and gross. cheap or “high-end” suggestions welcome. thank!!!
